It’s not easy being an associate! I remember feeling oh so lost and questioning myself at every turn. Building experience, knowledge, and confidence as a counselor is a tough process. That’s why a safe and supportive supervision relationship is so valuable. I believe supervision can be both professionally and personally transformational, and I care about building meaningful relationships with my supervisees so they can explore their own unique professional identities.
