About me

I work with people who are tired of replaying the same patterns in dating and intimate relationships. Maybe you notice yourself falling for the same type of partner, losing your voice in relationships, or getting caught in cycles of codependency that leave you feeling unseen and unfulfilled. You might be wondering, “Why do I keep ending up here?”

Together, we’ll look at the deeper roots of these patterns — how old wounds, family dynamics, and cultural expectations have shaped the way you show up in love. With a mix of nervous system work, EMDR, and relational therapy, I help you process the past while building new ways of connecting that feel more grounded and authentic.

This work isn’t about blaming yourself or fixing who you are — it’s about reclaiming your needs and learning how to set boundaries that support healthy, mutual love. Relationships are complicated, messy, and always shifting. They inherently bring up doubt, old wounds, and moments of disconnection. Therapy can be a grounding force to reconnect with what you really need and together, we can help you build steadier, more authentic connections — both with yourself and with the people you love.
