About me

Choosing a childfree life is a deeply personal decision—one that can bring feelings of empowerment and freedom, but also confusion, guilt, or even loneliness. As a therapist specializing in supporting individuals who are childfree, I’m here to help you embrace your choice and navigate the complexities of living in a world that often places a heavy emphasis on parenthood.

Living childfree can sometimes feel isolating. Society, family, and even close friends may not always understand or support your decision, leaving you questioning whether you're making the right choice. I’m here to remind you: your path is valid and you are not alone.

Through our work together, I’ll support you in exploring the emotions tied to being childfree—whether it’s the quiet grief of letting go of a path you were expected to follow, the frustration of societal judgment, or the deep joy of claiming a life that feels true to who you are. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and grounded in your truth.

In addition to my work with childfree adults, I support clients navigating a range of emotional, relational, and identity-based challenges, including:

  • ADHD – Managing executive dysfunction, developing strategies, and building self-understanding

  • Religious Deconstruction – Processing the grief, confusion, and identity shifts that often come with questioning or leaving a faith tradition

  • Trauma – Gently working through past pain to reclaim safety, trust, and wholeness

  • Stress and Anxiety – Coping with overwhelm and building emotional regulation skills

  • Family Relationships – Untangling early dynamics and their impact on present-day relationships and self-worth

  • Parenting and Identity – Supporting individuals with children who are exploring their own needs, values, and identity beyond the parenting role

I take a warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming approach to therapy—creating space for you to explore what it means to live authentically, whether that includes healing the past, understanding yourself more fully, or embracing a life outside conventional expectations.

As someone who is also childfree, I know the courage and clarity it takes to walk a path that defies cultural norms. I also understand how layered and emotional that journey can be—especially when it intersects with questions of identity, family, and belief. My mission is to offer you a space where your choices are respected, your questions are welcomed, and your truth is honored. You deserve to be supported exactly as you are.
