About me
Do you often feel like you’re just stuck? Maybe you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma, struggling with tension in relationships, or feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. You might not even have the words to explain what’s going on, you just know something isn’t working. If that sounds familiar, know you’re not alone.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked as a therapist in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 8 years. I specialize in trauma therapy, dissociation, relationship stressors, and issues with mood, working to help people who are tired of just surviving or getting by to finally feel like they’re living again. My clients often come to me feeling stuck, weighed down by self-doubt, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we dig beneath the surface symptoms to uncover the deeper factors impacting your thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
My desire is for therapy to feel collaborative and compassionate. I believe that you are the expert of your life; I am here to listen, guide, and support you at your pace. Therapy with me often blends talk therapy, EMDR treatment, expressive interventions, and even some education about how your brain and body respond to challenges and stress. These tools can be especially powerful if you’ve experienced trauma or struggled with PTSD and dissociation.
I’ve seen again and again how resilient people can be, even when they feel broken or lost. When met with safety, openness, and understanding, the brain and body naturally move toward healing and growth. My job is to help create that environment, and always remind you that you’re not “too much,” “too broken,” or “beyond help.”
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, connected, and confident in your own skin, I’d love to support you. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just being here is taking a big first step.
Healing isn’t always easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.

50-Minute Person-Centered Talk Therapy
With these sessions, our goal is to give you the space to work on developing insight and exploring emotions in a safe, supportive environment. We will focus on the areas of life that feel most important to you and explore strategies targeted at those current stressors. This steady pace works well if you are hoping to start by making sense of the present challenges you experience.
90-Minute EMDR & Trauma Model Parts Work
With these extended sessions, we can combine an EMDR processing model* with Trauma Model Therapy* parts work as needed to explore different aspects of yourself that may feel “stuck in” or are holding painful emotions and experiences. You will have more space and time to process those experiences without feeling rushed, while also ensuring we take the time to ground and contain what was worked on before you leave. This format is especially helpful if you are hoping to work on healing deeply buried wounds, especially those associated with complex trauma or dissociative experiences.
3+ Hour EMDR Intensive
These session options give us several hours to focus on a specific traumatic experiences or “stuck points” that you feel are holding you back. We will spend time prior to the intensive time preparing, then use the intensive to facilitate multiple rounds of EMDR reprocessing, while ensuring to take time at the end to evaluate the progress and update your treatment plan accordingly. Many people find the focused and targeted style of this approach can result in a more powerful shift than can be felt in weeks or months of consistent, shorter sessions.
