Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a certified EMDR practitioner, and the owner of Dallas Healing House. Anna completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas, and her background is in working with individuals with anxiety and those who have been through various kinds of challenging events.

Anna specializes in anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and post traumatic stress. Anna’s background is in working with clients when their lives have thrown them unexpected challenges such as a loss, an overwhelming event, or a big change. Anna is passionate about helping her clients feel more empowered and in control of their lives. Anna is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and she is certified in EMDR, an evidenced based treatment for trauma processing.

Lakeita is a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Jackson State University. She holds a Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University where she received specialty training in aiding marriage and family issues. She has a background of counseling adolescent and adult clients with complex trauma histories. Lakeita also has experience serving families and individuals impacted by secondary trauma.

Lakeita is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) clinician and a Prepare/Enrich facilitator with a strong interest in improving relationships and client-awareness. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner to process issues such as PTSD, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, and others. EMDR has proven to be an effective modality to explore these issues.

Lakeita believes that humans are holistic and goal-oriented, and that they develop characteristic ways of living based on their social experiences. Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Massage Therapist. She completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas and received her Certificate of Massage from Parker University. Rachel supports individuals as they cope with life transitions, process anxiety and depression, heal from trauma, and navigate relationship issues.

Rachel’s work as a massage therapist supports her passion for the body-mind connection. She approaches wellness from a holistic approach and addresses somatic reactions to stress and trauma. Rachel encourages clients to tap into a sense of intuition and reconnect with the gut as they navigate growth. Rachel also supports the needs of helpers, working with teachers, medical professionals, and other mental health providers to combat the effects of burnout and vicarious trauma.

While in session with clients, Rachel provides a safe and nurturing environment to encourage the release of stress and emotional load of daily life. As a therapist, Rachel approaches client growth with a collaborative eye, acknowledging that we are all the experts in our own lives. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas. She is also a graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in English. She has a background of working with people of all ages in recovery from addictions and eating disorders in intensive treatment settings.

Jessica helps women and men explore issues related to family of origin, gender and sexuality, body image, self-esteem, boundaries, and perfectionism. She aims to help her clients gain awareness of avoidance patterns, addictions, disordered eating, and “stuck points” and create room for personal growth and authenticity.

Jessica believes in the power of connecting with self and others. Dasha completed her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is trained in EMDR, and she is a Prepare/Enrich facilitator. Dasha is trained in Gottman, DBT, and schema therapy.

Dasha works with adults who are experiencing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, relationship problems, and difficulty adjusting to life changes. She also enjoys working with couples and the LGBTQ+ community.

In her work with clients, Dasha focuses on helping them discover skills and tools to manage distress, as well as exploring underlying issues, which helps build self-awareness and facilitates long-term change. She provides support and guidance for clients to free themselves of unhelpful and limiting beliefs. One of Dasha’s main goals as a therapist is to empower her clients to feel more confident in themselves, their belief systems, and their relationships with others.

Dasha is currently training her Pomeranian puppy Luna with the goal of providing animal-assisted therapy.

Helen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under the supervision of Jessica Callahan, LPC-Supervisor. She completed her Masters of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University. Helen has a background in working with culturally diverse survivors of abuse and trauma.

Helen serves highly sensitive teens (15+) and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and codependency. As an HSP herself, Helen is passionate about the unique strengths and challenges that HSP’s experience. She believes in promoting your innate ability to grow through education, practicing self-compassion, and expressing your inner experience through creativity.

Yige “Eager” Chen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under the supervision of Beth Harp, LPC-S. Yige completed her Master of Education in Professional Counseling from Oklahoma City University. Yige has a background in working with adolescent and adult survivors of trauma. Yige also has experience working on relationship enrichment with interracial couples.

Yige is passionate about working with adults going through challenging life experiences such as sexual trauma, emotional abuse, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and attachment issues. Yige is an Internal Family Systems and Gestalt therapy trained counselor who believes in creating a safe, relational space to foster connection with clients. She uses mind-body approaches, incorporating body movement and other treatment modalities with goals of facilitating wholehearted growth. Yige utilizes Internal Family Systems, an evidenced based approach, to help people heal wounds from trauma.  

With an open mind, Yige creates a sense of warmth and compassion in her sessions. Yige believes in the following teaching she received from a supervisor: “contact over time creates connection, connection over time creates relationship, and relationship over time creates intimacy.” She strongly believes that through an authentic, compassionate connection individuals can resolve and heal relational wounds. Yige provides bilingual therapy services with Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
