Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor, an EMDR practitioner, and the owner of Dallas Healing House. Anna completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas, and her background is in working with adult survivors of trauma.

Anna is passionate about working with individuals going through the toughest of life's challenges such as sexual assaults, witnessing a traumatic event, violent crimes, loss of loved ones, divorces/ break ups, and accidents. By working with Anna, survivors gain more freedom from their pasts and get back control over their lives. Anna is a Registered Yoga Teacher with further training in trauma informed yoga, and she is trained in EMDR, an evidenced based treatment for trauma processing.

With a gentle and relatable attitude, Anna brings a sense of kindness and compassion to every session with her clients. Lakeita roberts, LPC

Lakeita is a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed her Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Jackson State University. She holds a Masters of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University where she received specialty training in aiding marriage and family issues. She has a background of counseling adolescent and adult clients with complex trauma histories. Lakeita also has experience serving families and individuals impacted by secondary trauma.

Lakeita is a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) clinician and a Prepare/Enrich facilitator with a strong interest in improving relationships and client-awareness. She approaches therapy in a collaborative manner to process issues such as PTSD, attachment concerns, anxiety, depression, and others. EMDR has proven to be an effective modality to explore these issues.

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Massage Therapist. Rachel completed her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas. She received her Certificate of Massage at Parker University. Her work focuses on survivors of secondary trauma, including mental health professionals, teachers, and first responders.

Rachel has a background in working with individuals and their families having experienced traumatic events such as domestic violence and family violence. Rachel feels passionate about counseling those pursuing helping careers and assisting them through processing the effects of burnout.

When in session with clients, Rachel provides a safe and nurturing environment encouraging the release of stress and emotional load of daily life.  Rachel believes that individuals are the experts in their own experience and challenges clients to look within to address therapeutic goals. Jessica Chavolla, LPC

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor and completed her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas. She is also a graduate of Texas A&M University, Class of 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in English. She has a background of working with people of all ages in recovery from addictions and eating disorders in intensive treatment settings.

Jessica helps women and men explore issues related to family of origin, gender and sexuality, body image, self-esteem, boundaries, and perfectionism. She aims to help her clients gain awareness of avoidance patterns, addictions, disordered eating, and “stuck points” and create room for personal growth and authenticity.

Helen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern under the supervision of Jessica Callahan, LPC-Supervisor. She completed her Masters of Science in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University. Helen has a background in working with culturally diverse survivors of abuse and trauma.

Helen serves highly sensitive teens (15+) and adults experiencing challenges with anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, and codependency. As an HSP herself, Helen is passionate about the unique strengths and challenges that HSP’s experience. She believes in promoting your innate ability to grow through education, practicing self-compassion, and expressing your inner experience through creativity.

Melissa Marks, LPC

Melissa is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor.  She started her Mindfulness practice 21 years ago as a 24-year-old burned-out Real Estate agent in New York City. She has been teaching Mindfulness since 2005 and has worked with and lectured to thousands of people, from CEOs to trauma survivors to professional athletes. Melissa believes that the best teachers are also life-long students and is in the process of completing a 200-hour Meditation Certification Training (completion date: December 2018).

Melissa helps clients get results. She has spent years studying why some people achieve their goals and others not. She has successfully learned how to guide clients to live their best lives and to do so consistently, even for people with a history of tremendous set-backs.
