About me

My clients are searching for healing and growth, and even though it’s uncomfortable, I'm right there with them for support and encouragement. Know that you’ll be accepted, heard, and understood in our time together, without judgment from me; and I’ll encourage you to provide the same non-judgmental perspective towards yourself.

At Healing House, I work with young adults of all genders, races, and identities who express concerns related to stress, anxiety, depression, body image, self-esteem, and friendship & relationship distress. Our sessions will be spent healing from and understanding impactful experiences, embracing the highs and lows of growth, and discovering new habits and changes that support the work you’re doing.

I think of therapy as a safe environment to meet and learn about the person you’re becoming; to feel the waves of emotions and to trust yourself in one comfortable space. I’m honored and grateful for my clients who trust me to support them on their journey, and know that I’m here for you too when you’re ready.
